First warm day since January. Driving through the countryside allowed some nice harness boot sightings on a group of bikers. Stopping at intersections waiting for the lights to change allowed sightings of MA and NH troopers (in summer uniforms, alas). And into the bus on the way to the concert stormed a big guy (looked like he could have starred in muscle/leather porn when he was younger) in tan cowboy boots, blue jeans, and a white shirt. Nice!

Early this morning next to work a big truck got caught in some telephone lines and took down several telephone poles (and didn't stop). In spite of the weather, the day was extremely warm. Started out with talk on the news about long underwear and later talk at work about ski masks (I have one of those somewhere, but I'm more likely to find a spandex, latex, or rubber one if I went looking). Then there was a hot looking daddy-type (probably younger than me, but who's counting the years) in cowboy boots and cowboy hat (straw -- felt, black, would have been my choice) and another pair of cowboy boots at work.
