One more day until the button-down shirts and casual dress clothes re-appear. I'm almost looking forward to it. Well, maybe not.

The cable guy who came today was thinner and taller than the last one, and his shoe size were smaller than mine, but I'm very thankful that we finally have wireless access.


My brief trip out for lunch got several tan work boot sightings not worn by construction workers. Camera practice was limited because of the weather.

Ah, a new camera, learning a lot of new stuff. Besides buildings and a few people, there were some subjects that I needed to master. Not great but not bad for first attempts.

Christmas Day: Sunny and Comfortable

And Santa brought me a new camera and several days of vacation to figure out how to use it.

Nice how the weather has got most guys bigger. Thermal is not cheating. Wearing shorts (I saw it on the way in) is just stupid.

Young cop with a high and tight in class B uniform in a liquor store, bored as hell with this assignment, one boot rubbing the wall he was leaning against (or against which he was leaning). Jurisdiction unknown as his jacket only said "Police."

Friday: MELTing ... Melting ... melting

For part of the day, the sport coat mentioned here (I got several comments on how the blue matched my eyes; now I just need one in leather).

Then again, watching 2 hours of Garth Brooks videos gave me a new appreciation of my calves and thighs (like his) and his rear (want it); just wish I had his abs and upperbody.
