So brain dead I barely noticed the cowboy boots. So brain dead I almost didn't notice I had a mini-hard-on when I got off the bus (thank goodness for the backpack as a cover). What was that all about?

New Chips and new work socks -- not a good combination; the socks were the problem. Blue Farahs, striped shirt, white T, black boxer briefs.

Allergy Sunday

Durango cowboy boots (perhaps the only cowboy boots at the mall), black 501's, tan shirt, Carhartt blue T, started out with red knit boxers but changed to black briefs, high black boot socks. Also changed the boots for the Bates zip-ups.

Rainy Saturday

Carolina loggers, tight Carhartt blue jeans, Chambray Carhartt shirt, gray Carhartt long sleeve T, microfiber boxer briefs, thin white work socks. Bought a yellow Carhartt rain coat. Wore my Carhartt hat.

Didn't expect the rain to be so bad. Spotted another logger wearer at lunch.

Taxing Friday

Brand new Chippewa 10 in. black loggers -- so sweet. Relaxed fit black Carhartt jeans and chambray work shirt, lineman's logo long sleeve T, Musingwear black pouch briefs, black work socks.

I forgot to mention yesterday the white-haired guy riding a bike who swerved his bike when he saw me. Nice hair and 'stache.

Thanks to having to mail my taxes at lunch I got a close-up view of the jackhammer guy. Very nice.

Big guy wearing 501's with the bottom button un-buttoned. Hadn't seen that in years. Last time I did that, it was unintentional.

Carhartt Saturday

Carolina loggers, Carhartt brown duck dungarees (single knee), Carhartt navy shirt & navy T, red boxers, Carhartt brown & white socks.

Favorite supermarket for boot sightings, wasn't disappointed, either. Several pairs of nifty work boots, nice rounded toe black cowboy boots, and some black loggers.

All leather zip up Bates uniform boots (it's been so long), slightly faded navy Dockers, light checked shirt, white T, black boxer briefs, Dickies white work socks. In the last three days I've worn three different Carhartt coats because of the change in temperature.

Spring-like Tuesday

A sure sign of Spring that men are bringing out their last year's clothes and discovering that the clothes have somehow shrunk -- that's ok with me 'cause it makes the pants and shirts fit better!

Western Chief used loggers, technically they are Fire Stormers, last worn Feb. 20 (thanks to Way out West), another pair of tight 501's, faded plaid flannel shirt, Carhartt navy long-sleeve T, black woven boxers, Dickies work socks.

Guy in AAA truck at Wal-Mart to the rescue in the eye department. Kind of skinny but nice tight jeans.

Well, it's been over a month, but I wore the Durango work boots -- waterproof. Black Wrangler jeans, blue flannel shirt by day (dark navy check in the evening), long sleeve navy Carhartt T, red plaid flannel boxers, fuzzy blue work socks.

Nice boot sighting at Symphony.

The last of the Carhartt Arctic wear is in the washer, ready to be packed up until next winter.
